Payment and Shipping
Normally all our TV lifts are in stock in our warehouse, unless it is mentioned on the product page on the website. When, on working days, the order is placed and paid before 3 o'clock, the order will be shipped the same day. For the Netherlands this means that, in most cases, delivery will take place the next day. For other countries the delivery period is, at least, 2 working days.
Shipments within the Benelux and Germany will be delivered by UPS. After your package is picket up in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail on different times in the delivery process with delivery details. Shipments to other countries will be sent with PostNL. After shipment you will receive, by e-mail, a code so you can follow your shipment via www.tracktrace.nl.
Payment is, at all times, in advance through the possibilities of Multisafepay( iDEAL, creditcard (VISA/Mastercard or Paypal) As soon as we received the payment, your order will be shipped. When you want to pick-up your order (only by appointment) cash or pin-payment is also possible.
Resellers have the possibility, after authorization from Screentech, to order on account.
Orders with a value above € 200,- will be shipped for free within Netherlands and Belgium. The shipment of accessories (below € 200,-) for the Netherlands and Belgium costs € 7,50. The shipment costs for shipment to Luxembourg are € 15,- and for Germany € 25,-. Shipment to other countries, other then mentioned before, is also possible. You can the preferred country in your shopping cart to see the shipment costs. For all other countries where no shipment costs are mentioned, you can send us a request for the shipment costs.
