It is, of course, bothersome when you have a complaint about our products or services as you have experienced them. Still, we kindly ask you to pass your complaint to us. You can do this via e-mail, mail, and/or telephone. Our staff will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction. Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation. To handle your complaint as good and quick as possible we always need some additional information. First of all we always need a picture of the production sticker (see below). You can find the production sticker on the side of the lift.

 

We will respond within 14 days after receiving your complaint; if more time should be needed, we will inform you of this.

 

If this is not to your satisfaction, you can always contact the Webshop Trustmark Foundation with which Screentech is affiliated. Is the complaint still not resolved, even with their mediation? Then there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
